“Best PT Company” & “Best Physical Therapist” in Erath County

SRPT – Stephenville was named "Best PT Company" in Erath County for 2019. The outpatient facility is staffed with local physical therapists that strive to provide expert care and excellent customer service.

"Best of Erath County", provided by the Stephenville Empire-Tribune, began in early March. The "Best of Erath County" consists of two rounds of voting over four months.

All votes were cast by community members. The first round of voting is to nominate the top three businesses in a variety of categories. Then the second round is to vote on the winner of the nominated companies in each category. Winners of "Best of Erath County" were announced in June.

The staff of SRPT – Stephenville, which includes six Doctors of Physical Therapy, is honored to receive this award for the third year in a row.

The same night, SRPT – Stephenville won Best PT Company, Mark Blackburn, PT, DPT was awarded "Best Physical Therapist" for Erath County.

Mark is a Stephenville native and for the last 20 years he has devoted much of his time and energy to developing Sports Rehab & Physical Therapy into what it is today. SRPT serves not only Erath County but also Parker and Hamilton counties. Mark is dedicated to making SRPT an integral part of Stephenville by giving back to the community through volunteering, sponsorships, and participating in community events with his family and staff.

When asked what this award meant to him, Mark stated, "SRPT strives to provide expert physical therapy care, the highest possible patient outcomes, and excellent customer service. I'm fortunate to be able to do this in my hometown, and I'm honored to receive this award from our community."
