Many Americans have severe pain that limits their mobility and quality of life. We encourage you to log your symptoms, when you have pain, where the discomfort is located, and for how long you are dealing with the pain. After taking note of your symptoms for five days, take this to your physician or physical therapist for them to look this over and assess a quality treatment plan to get you back to a healthy, good quality life!
